We handle multi-property accounts under a single contract with consolidated invoicing. Your properties are grouped into one service schedule, you deal with one contact person, and billing comes as a single invoice covering all locations. What floors can you reach without scaffolding?
Our water-fed pole systems reach up to approximately three stories from the ground for exterior glass—which covers the majority of commercial storefronts and low-rise office buildings in our service area. For interior upper-floor windows we use appropriate ladders and stabilizers. Anything requiring rope access, scaffolding, or boom lifts is outside our scope and we’ll tell you that clearly during the estimate.
Do you offer recurring service contracts?
Yes. Most commercial accounts run on a recurring schedule—weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on the property type and volume of foot traffic. Recurring accounts receive priority scheduling and fixed pricing for the contract period. We can also accommodate seasonal or as-needed service for accounts that don’t need regular cleaning.
